Willie Nelson announces ‘Outlaw Music Festival’ Outlaw country pioneer Willie Nelson has announced the 2024 version of his annual Outlaw Music Festival packed with another exciting lineup. The 25-city journey kicks off June 21st in Alpharetta and stretches into September hitting markets like Charlotte, Wantagh, Los Angeles, Mountain View, Tinley Park, Maryland Heights and Clarkston. Joining the tour on select dates will be special guests Bob Dylan, Robert Plant, Alison Krauss, John Mellencamp, Billy Strings, Brittney Spencer, Celisse and Southern Avenue. Last year’s lineup featured appearances by The Avett Brothers, John Fogerty, Nathaniel Rateliff, Whiskey Myers, Gov’t Mule, Marcus King, Margo Price, Trampled By Turtles, Molly Tuttle, Golden Highway, Kathleen Edwards, Flatland Cavalry, Kurt Vile and The Violators, Brittney Spencer, Particle Kid, Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros. featuring The Wolfpack, Tedeschi Trucks Band, The String Cheese Incident, Mike Campbell, The Dirty Knobs, Los Lobos and Elizabeth Cook.
